Amazon Prime Day Deals

Sharing is caring!

Happy Amazon Prime Day! Prime day only happens one time a year, and in my opinion, it’s bigger than Black Friday. Below, are the things I am loving, that I think are great steals/deals, and some items that are on my wish list. They are listed out by my blog’s main categories- food, family, and fun!

You can visit my Amazon store here to see items that I use and love everyday. Good inspiration if you need some ideas before you get shopping. I also have a “shop” tab on the top of my website. Scroll to the bottom if you are ready to see the deals and keep on reading if you need a little hand holding when it comes to Prime Day.

I Don’t Have a Prime Account

If you don’t have an Amazon Prime account- no problem, sign up for a 30 day free trial here and get all of the benefits of a Prime Membership, including 2-day shipping (in many cases 1 day-shipping) and decide if it is right for you! If not, cancel within the 30-days no questions asked.

How Does Amazon Prime Day Work

Some deals will be posted all day. Some (and usually the best deals) are lighting deals- meaning that they are only available in a certain quantity or for a certain time period.

Download the Amazon App if you haven’t already! You get a preview of upcoming deals, so make sure to click “follow” and as long as notifications are on, it will alert you when the deal is about to go live!

Amazon Prime Day 2019

Some deals you need to be super quick on! Last year, this awesome Melissa and Doug ice-cream set was on sale for 1/2 off and I was not fast enough. We still bought it, and it is my daughter’s favorite toy, but we paid a lottttt more than the deal! So, fast fingers are key.

Make a List Before You Shop Amazon Prime Day

It is easy to get caught up and buy a ton of stuff you don’t need, but making a list and sticking with it will help you make less clicks. Does someone have a birthday coming up? Do you have a few things you can buy for Christmas? Think- stocking stuffers, white elephant gifts, and secret Santa gifts. I also load up on “rainy day” toys (puzzles, books, play-through-learning toys, educational toys, flash cards, wooden toys, chalk, bubbles, etc(! Some of my favorite toys from my children came from Amazon Prime Day.)

Also STOCK UP on pantry items and food items. Last year I was able to grab some organic ketchup (in bulk) that came out to about $1.50 a bottle. It seemed silly to get a ton of ketchup, but we used it all up!

*Anything that has a picture below IS clickable and will take you directly to the deal. Keep coming back as I will continue to update the list in real time during Prime week.
