How To Make Cucumber Lemon Detox Water
The recipe is super simple, and you need very few ingredients. In a large water pitcher layer the cut up lemons and cucumber evenly. Pour water all the way to the top and then sprinkle on fresh mint leaves. The water should meld together for at least eight hours. Strain the fruit and mint from the water and then, divide the water up into smaller mason jars. Reserve the fruit and add back into glass if you desire. The goal is to try and drink one large mason jar of the detox water a day.
- 1/2 of a lemon cut into slices
- 1/2 a cucumber
- 10 mint leaves
On the bottom of a large pitcher layer the lemon and cucumber
Fill pitcher to the top with water
