Eggless Cookies Everyone Will Love

Sharing is caring!

When I became a parent, I dreamed of the day where my kids and I would hit the kitchen during the holidays and bake up tasty treats for teachers, neighbors and grandparents. It would be an all day extravaganza with matching aprons and Christmas music blaring in the background. We’d end the day covered in flour, sugar clumps would adorn our hair, and we wouldn’t be able to sleep because we were on a magical holiday cookie sugar high.

Then reality sat in. My daughter was diagnosed with a severe egg allergy, and I had to give up gluten. Not much fun to bake delicious cookies when your ingredients list is squashed in half.

Also to be honest, I’m also a terrible baker. Replacing the ONE recipe I know how to make (grandma’s secret chocolate chip cookies that call for eggs and FLOUR) with “safe” ingredients was an epic fail. Most desserts and especially cookies rely on an egg to keep them moist and fluffy. I knew I needed to find delicious eggless cookies my daughter and I could both enjoy.

Eggless Cookies

This year I decided to reach out to my favorite bloggers to see what kind of egg free and gluten free cookies they had up their sleeves, and I was overwhelmed with how many of them had AMAZING and DELICIOUS egg free, gluten free (and in many cases dairy free) cookie recipes.

Whether you are ready to cook some delicious homemade desserts for a family get together, participate in the local cookie exchange or just enjoy a delicious delectable dessert; these are some of the most delicious egg free cookie recipes out there.

Cookie Baking Supplies

One thing that makes a huge difference when baking large batches of cookies is to make sure you have good quality cookies pans. I can’t tell you how many times I burned cookies, simply by using a bad pan. I have these cookie sheets and love them.

Also having a cookie cooling rack can really make a huge difference in the overall taste of your cookie. You want to remove the cookies form the cookie sheet and on to the cookie rack so they do not continue baking.

Last year, my dream of matching aprons came true, and I purchased this matching set of aprons.
