Store Bought Rotisserie Chicken Recipes
Nothing is worse than picking out an amazing looking recipe from Pinterest, coming home with the intention of cooking it, only to find out the recipe calls for COOKED chicken (which you don’t have prepared) and said recipe has an additional cook time of an hour. Ain’t no one got time for that. Luckily for you, I have compiled a list of my favorite store bought rotisserie chicken recipes.
Store Bought Rotisserie Chicken Recipes
You see… My FAVORITE life hack, mom hack, food hack, is buying a $5 store bought rotisserie chicken from the store and calling it dinner! Yep, just cut the meat off, add 2ish sides, and rolls then call it a day (or night). Even better, I usually have enough leftovers for the next day. You can transform your dinner using those chickens, then create amazing recipes using the chicken leftovers!
My second favorite hack after calling it dinner, is buying a $5 rotisserie chicken that is already cooked and using it in a recipe that calls for cooked chicken. Pretty nice when the grocery store does the majority of the work for you. Now all you have to do is dump it into your favorite casserole, soup, or pasta dish and cut down on cooking time.
I scoured the internet to find some of my favorite casseroles, soups, and recipes using rotisserie chicken breast. I even went a step further and only picked recipes that had little prep time, little ingredients, or could be cooked in under 30 minutes. Since there are typically 30 days in the month, I found 30 amazing store bought rotisserie chicken recipes, one for every day of the month.
